The highly trained divers of Walkers Subsea Services carry out under water inspections with real time monitoring CCTV. Our service is approved by all classes NK, LR and DNV/Gl for carrying out under water CCTV inspections in compliance to international standards. And after every inspection a detailed report is prepared and delivered to the customers detailing out all the information required.

Class In water Survey/UWILD Survey

Large vessels are required to be inspected thoroughly every year, as well as have a secondary inspection every three years and half decade in order to remain certified to be in operation. Walkers Subsea services carry out this service for all our approved classification societies.

Hull GVI and underwater photography

Hull General Visual Inspection (GVI) is the simple task of divers proceeding underwater to visually inspect the hulls condition and report top side of its status. These remarks will be taken down and mentioned in the final Report.

Sea Chest cleaning and blanking

WSS undertakes underwater sea chests cleaning & blanking services for ships and vessels in the Indian Ocean. First the sea chest gratings are cleaned and then removed where two divers take them up to the surface. After that, the diver enters the sea chest and cleans.

Valve Plugging and Unplugging

Overboard discharge pipes of a vessel contains valves which are required to be checked periodically of its performance. Hence the plugging of the overboard and subsequent unplugging using wooden valves are required and for this purpose Divers are required.
